An Evening with Two Leading Surrey Personal Trainers

It’s back by popular demand!  Following on from the success of the last ‘Principles of Fitness’ presentation, our two leading Surrey personal trainers have listened to your needs and are once again back to share their tops tips and offer advice on how to exercise effectively, eat for health AND acheive long-term weight loss, without following another ‘fad’ diet.
