If I could give you the magic formula in just 3 easy steps to achieving weight and fat loss, this is what I would say:

1) Boost your physical activity.  The difference in the way that you look and how great you feel can be dramatically acheived in only a few days!  The possibilites are endless…

2) Get the balance right between calories consumed and calories used for energy.  Alongside, consider what ‘type’ of calories you are consuming.  It’s not just about how much or how little you eat!

3) The quality and balance of your food is vital for health.  If you continue to fill your stomach with junk, sugar and highly processed foods, you will be on a rollercoaster of consuming empty calories that will be stored as fat.
